perfect locationsuper clean hoteldry pastriesrestocked coffee
the hotel's location really worked. the louvre was about a 10-15 minute walk. the hotel itself was super clean too. i thought the hotel smelled super good!!!
the breakfast was disappointing. the pastries were dry. new towels were not provided. also the coffee bar wasn't restocked.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was superb (it was so close to everything i wanted to see). dinner came from room service quickly. i really enjoyed the good choice.
the hotel entrance seemed a bit bad upon arrival. the lobby is located on the 6th floor. i found the breakfast to be disappointing. i expected more from a hotel of this rating.

The staff was very helpful. They solved all the details. transportation from the airport was set up, and all communication was very nice! we spent three nights at the suite. it was completely comfortable for our family vacation. Two adults and two kids fit well.
The room design was awkward. we had to walk on plywood planks to and from the hotel entrance.
